The Sad Sidewalks

This sidewalk use to be flat and was used by many children and adults but then something happened. It started to sink on one side and when the snow would melt and the water froze. The other side went up and pushed the section next to it up. Now it is a hazard. I’m concerned that someone may be seriously injured. Please help the sad sidewalk be safe again. |

Sad Cement Space

Here it is! Our driveway. The space where we entertain, where guests and family come, and we would sure love to spruce it up!
Since our home is small, and especially during this pandemic, this is the space where we visit with loved ones and friends. This area is well used as it’s been the gathering place for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduations, and other special times in our life. However, the cement is cracked and broken, been pieced together, is uneven, and we’ve lost count how many years it has been there. It sure needs some love and we sure need some help making it a nice place to be. We would be so grateful to have new cement on our driveway and we would love to pitch in and help do the work. We just need help financially to make it happen. It would mean a lot. Just as much as this space has helped us celebrate some of the greatest moments in our life.
If we received this gift, we would once again celebrate right here, on new cement! Thank you . |

In over his head!

The submitted picture shows the current state of my front porch! It has been this way for over six weeks. The vision is to have a front porch that extends to the garage and seven feet out from the house. My husband has been trying to tackle this project himself and is definitely "in over his head!" As you can see, the project will require a window well extending up to the level of the porch and footings. At my husbands current pace of progress on this project I am really worried that I won't have a front porch till fall. Please help! |

This is a picture of our backyard stairs. We tried to do it ourselves and obviously we should not have. The stairs are very uneven and the height of each stair is different. When we have people over I constantly worry that someone is going to fall and get hurt. It would be a huge relief to have this fixed by the pros! |
